When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. Only if your product is unopened we will be happy to refund you. If the outer package shows some defect or there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 14 days. Please do not get rid of the packaging box and protection fillers as, in case of accorded return, you will need them to send us the products back and keep them safe during shipping.
After 14 days of goods delivery, the purchase is considered final.
Please email us regarding returns providing your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, we would love to hear form you about the reasons why you would like to return the item.
We are not going to refund the products for the following reasons:
Damaged products by the hands of the customer.
Products not purchased through our webshop.
Used products that have been opened and handled.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, if you have existent skin issues and need more info about how our products will be beneficial to your skin, please contact us at email@example.com prior to ordering.
Once the return is agreed and received back at Broosha, we will check the condition of the goods being returned before processing the refund, that will be sent to the same payment method of the original order within 10 days. Shipping costs of original orders are not refundable, shipping costs of returned goods are free of charge.
